Project Scope
Construction administration for turnkey renovation of historic building's infra-structure (mechanical/electrical/plumbing and structural systems), public spaces, restaurant/kitchen and 22 floors of guestrooms. Services included exterior and interior renovation and new construction.

Project Goals and Challenges
To accomplish renovation in place, with minimal disruption to hotel guests while keeping public spaces open for business. Health spa build-out presented complicated scheduling and traffic flow issues. Also challenging was the reconstruction of the extensive stonework for the lobby floors.

Solutions Achieved Carefully -phased construction schedule allowed for uninterrupted hotel operations. Attention to detail and accurate interruption of architectural intent resulted in new, upgraded look for all hotel spaces
