Loreto Calcagni has a long-established reputation for construction quality and innovation through his firm's
20 years of experience in New York City and on Long Island. The company's client roster has grown to
include many prominent corporations, retailers and residential property owners.
Mr. Calcagni formed his existing business as LLC Enterprises in 1987. He quickly developed a loyal
following among architects, interior designers and end-users - all seeking the finest quality and
professionalism in construction services. With extensive architectural experience, and as a successful
developer, Mr. Calcagni has an understanding of building design and economics that substantially
differentiates him from other builders and contractors.
Mr. Calcagni oversees all aspects of the construction process from initial cost estimating and bid
preparation through overseeing the work of subcontractors and interfacing with architects and clients.
He is highly visible on every project and maintains close liaison with client representatives through each
phase of construction.
