Responsible for all accounting and administrative procedures and activities, Ms. Brogna is a key member of every Loreto Calcagni & Associates project team. Ms. Brogna oversees the purchasing and billing functions as well as maintaining project records and minutes. She interfaces with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
Mario Simone Project Manager
Mr. Simone has had a long working association with Loreto Calcagni in a senior staff position. He has served as an important team member on all of the firm's major general contracting and construction management projects, with primary responsibility for cost estimating and technical coordination.
Manuel Faria Master Carpenter / Site Supervisor
Mr. Faria has been allied with Loreto Calcagni for over fifteen years. As a team leader, he directs and coordinates the daily project occurrences. His European craftsmanship and dexterity in construction, continue to contribute to the success of the firm.

A European trained artisan, Mr. Stancescu has had a long working association with
